Mogadon.

I have short attention span. Not even halfway thru revising for my final years my mind randomly wandered to an image of Tiramisu. That intense espresso soaking Mary's fingers explicitly complimenting liqueured cream oh my god.
But I lack cream and I have surplus of nearly expired bread and eggs, leftover raisins from previous Scones attempts and some time to spare.
Then came my invention.....hold your breaths because I named it "Raisins Bread Pudding with Coffee Base Tiramisu Style."

10-15 slices white bread, cut into cubes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups full cream milk
8-10 Graham Crackers
1 cup of warm sweetened black coffee.

1. Heat your oven to 200degrees Cel.

2. Cover the base of your baking dish with the Graham Crackers and then pour warm coffee over it and let them soak.

3. Combine bread cubes, butter, raisins; mix well and place in baking dish (on top of the soaked crackers).

4.Beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add milk, mix well and pour over bread cubes.

5. Bake for 25minutes.
