They looked pretty much normal and edible. You are wrong....my attempt at making bread FAILED. These bread are tasteless and hard. I've tried making bread a few times in my life but all of them yields brick-hard bread. 90% of the bread recipes found on the internet requires the use of bread-machine. I heard its soo much easier but really, I am into making food with artisan values. This means I have to keep trying until these hands produce soft fluffy bread. Anyway I had fun rolling the dough into strips and braiding them.

Last March I baked the Super Mario Shrooms muffin using vegan base recipe. This muffin recipe is sooooo easy chances of it going wrong is really small. It taste better than non-vegan muffins. You can make it into muffins or cake, its the same.

-2 cups white sugar

-3 cups all purpose flour, sifted

-2 teaspoon baking powder

-salt

-1/2 cup cocoa powder

-2 cups water

-1 cup vegetable oil

-2 tablespoon white vinegar

-vanilla extract

Mix everything together at once. Bake for 30mins at 200 degree celcius for a cake. While muffin is at 20mins.
